About Adventure Collective
Adventure Collective is a women-owned travel company creating transformational small-group journeys for women 40+ that go far beyond sightseeing. From sunrise yoga in Greece to hot air balloons over Morocco and beyond. Women come solo and leave with new friends, renewed clarity, and a Collective who just gets it.
We’re not your average tour company. Our trips begin long before the plane takes off and continue long after the bags are unpacked. Each journey starts with three pre-trip Collective Connection calls, unfolds with nightly Collective Compass circles on the ground, and flows into three post-trip check-ins that keep the magic (and the friendships) alive.
That’s why the Collective Voice Lead is so essential: you’ll help carry that sense of connection into our emails, social posts, and storytelling. You’ll be the voice that draws women in, reminds them they’re not alone, and inspires them to join the movement.

$20/hour to start, about 5 hours a week

Who We’re Looking For
You might be our perfect Collective Voice Lead if:
You’re ready to meet our community where they are: women 40+ who are craving connection, inspiration, and a little adventure.
You know how to create content that feels authentic and engaging for this audience, whether it’s on Instagram, in an email, or on our website.
You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and runs with ideas.
You think strategically, not just about the next post, but how content connects to the bigger picture.
You’re comfortable with a little ambiguity: not every detail will be figured out in advance, and you’re okay rolling with it.
Fair warning: I’m more big-picture than detail-deep, so you’ll thrive if you can help fill in the gaps.
What you’ll do:
This role averages about 5 hours a week (around 20 hours per month). Each week could have its own focus so you can really get into a groove:
Week 1: Email Magic
Draft and schedule 4 weekly emails in ConvertKit (Kit). Add links, CTAs, and keep everything aligned with Adventure Collective’s cheeky, soulful voice so our subscribers look forward to opening them.Week 2: Social Storytelling
Plan and schedule Instagram content (which currently filters into Facebook and Pinterest). You’ll create captions, pull images or short clips, and make sure our posts feel warm, magnetic, and true to Adventure Collective.Weeks 3 & 4: Project Power
Take on special projects like updating a blog, adding new trips to our Squarespace site (about 4 per year), actively engaging on social, or supporting a campaign. Some weeks will be lighter, others a little fuller, but it all balances out.
This could look like an hour a day on weekdays or a half-day once a week. However you flow, as long as deadlines are met, you do you.
