Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using www.adventurecollective.travel (“Site”), a website operated by Adventure Collective LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Adventure Collective LLC grants you limited access and use of this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to, data mining, scraping, or reproduction of website content without prior written consent is prohibited.
eligibility requirements
To book a trip with Adventure Collective, you must meet the following requirements:
Age Requirement: 21+ years old
Mobility & Medical Needs: Our trips are not suitable for those with significant mobility challenges or medical dependencies.
Gender Inclusivity: Our experiences are exclusively for women and those who identify as women.
Travel Documentation: A valid passport is required, with an expiration date at least 6 months beyond your return date.
Respect & Conduct: We expect kindness, cultural respect, and community-mindedness. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal data such as passport information, food allergies, and medical details to facilitate travel arrangements. We will never sell your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy [Placeholder – Link to Privacy Policy] for more details.

booking & payment policies
Greece Connection – May 9–16, 2026
To secure your spot:
Initial Deposit: $1,000 (due at booking)
Second Payment: 50% of your remaining balance ($2,495 for shared / $2,995 for private) due by October 15, 2025
Final Balance: $2,495 for shared / $2,995 for private due by January 15, 2026
Late Payments: Subject to a $200 penalty.
We work with small local partners who require timely payments to reserve boutique hotels and experiences—your prompt payments make that possible.
Refund Policy
Initial Deposit: Fully refundable (minus a $50 processing fee) if canceled within 14 days of booking
Subsequent Payments: Non-refundable. No exceptions unless otherwise stated in writing.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We partner with Wanderwell Insurance—a B Corp–certified provider backed by Nationwide.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS
From time to time, Adventure Collective may offer early booking promotions or other discounts. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Promotional discounts will be applied to your final trip payment, not to your deposit or second payment.
Promotions are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Guests must meet the terms of the promotion (such as booking by a specific deadline or being among the first to register) to qualify.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & media usage
All content and media on this site belong to Adventure Collective LLC.
By joining a trip, you agree that photos or videos including your image may be used in our marketing. If you prefer not to appear, notify us in writing before the trip.
You may also voluntarily submit testimonials, photos, or videos for us to use.
payments & booking policies
All trip payments are processed securely via a third party: either the local operator in the destination or Adventure Collective’s parent company, Coastline Travel Group.
Payment policies, deposit requirements, and refund policies vary by trip. Specific details will be provided in the trip booking agreement.
travel risks & force majeure
Travel carries inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept:

Natural disasters
Political unrest
Airline or transportation delays
Pandemics or health emergencies
Weather or safety concerns
We reserve the right to adjust accommodations, activities, or routes due to availability, weather, or safety needs. In such cases, refunds or compensation may not be possible. This is why travel insurance is highly encouraged.
DISPUTE resolution & governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Missouri, USA.
By booking with Adventure Collective, you agree to resolve any disputes via binding arbitration (not court), unless eligible for small claims court. You waive the right to a trial by jury.
changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted to the website.
