What to expect

Welcome to Adventure Collective, where travel isn’t just about ticking off bucket-list sights—it’s about transformation, connection, and those “I can’t believe this is my life” moments.

Here’s what it feels like to be part of the Collective:

Landing like a VIP – From the moment you touch down, you’re covered. No fumbling with Google Maps or trying to remember your high school Spanish—someone will be waiting to whisk you away to our first home base.

A welcome dinner that feels like a reunion – Except instead of awkward small talk, we’re already laughing over our first meal together. When like-minded women gather around a table, the energy shifts—walls drop, stories rise, and new friendships start to bloom.

Your own space, always (if you want it) – Deep connections don’t require bunk beds. You’ll be paired in a beautiful shared room to spark connection, but private rooms are available if solo recharge time is more your style.

Choose your own pace – Some days, we’ll adventure together. Other times, you’ll pick from a few curated options—or take time to reflect, journal, or sip coffee seaside while reconnecting with your own inner rhythm. We build in breathing room on purpose.

Meet the locals, not just the landmarks – We don’t just visit places; we connect with the people who call them home. Think: storytelling circles, hands-on experiences, shared meals, and learning traditions firsthand.

Travel solo, but never alone – You may arrive solo, but you’ll leave with a crew of incredible women who just get you. These friendships run deep—and often far beyond the final day.

Get ready to feel... Supported. Adventurous. Bold. Empowered. And, most importantly—ALIVE.

Women laughing and raising glasses at a lively group dinner, capturing the joy and connection of shared travel moments.

Intentions + Introductions

About 3–4 weeks before departure, we’ll gather online for a virtual Pre-Trip Collective Connection Call. This isn’t a boring info dump—it’s your first taste of the magic. You’ll meet your fellow travelers, start leafing through your Collective Compass, and set a soulful intention for the adventure ahead. We’ll reflect on what you want to release, receive, and remember—no passport required.

Your journey starts before your suitcase is even zipped. Transformation doesn't wait for takeoff.

day 1

Women meeting for the first time at a Welcome Dinner in Athens

Touch down in timeless Athens, where ancient ruins and rooftop cocktails (or mocktails) go hand in hand. After settling into our boutique hotel in the heart of the Plaka, we’ll gather for a sunset welcome dinner overlooking the Acropolis. Expect Greek hospitality, clinking glasses, and a taste of what’s to come.

Tonight’s our first Collective Compass circle—a grounding moment to check in with yourself and one another as we set intentions for the journey ahead.

Taste + Time Travel

sunday, may 10, 2026

Today’s all about uncovering the soul of Athens—through its flavors, myths, and iconic views.

We’ll start the morning with a privately guided Flavors of Athens Experience, where you’ll taste your way through local favorites—from Greek coffee and koulouri to olives, souvlaki, and anything else your guide recommends. It’s the best kind of sightseeing: snack-filled and stories included.

Later that afternoon, we’ll dive into Greece’s ancient roots with a private Myths + Monuments Walk. You’ll explore the Acropolis, including its Parthenon, the Theater of Dionysus, the Temple of Athena Nike, and more—each stone layered with legend. Your expert guide will bring history to life with stories that go far beyond the textbooks.

We’ll end the day wandering Plaka, Athens’ most picturesque neighborhood, filled with cobblestone streets, bougainvillea, and little shops perfect for a post-tour meander.

Stay: Athens Fresh Hotel (or similar)

Cruise to the Cyclades

We’re island-bound! Today we trade the mainland for the magic of the Cyclades. After a smooth ferry ride across the Aegean, we’ll arrive on Paros—a postcard-perfect island known for its golden beaches, traditional Cycladic charm, and breezy island vibes.

Once we check in, your afternoon is yours to wander through Naoussa, a charming fishing village with bougainvillea-draped alleyways, whitewashed churches, and sea views that beg for a slow stroll.

Whether you're craving a seaside taverna lunch, a dip in the turquoise water, or simply a laid-back moment with your journal and a chilled local wine, Paros makes it easy to slip into island time.

stay: Saint Andrea seaside resort (or similar)

day 4

Get ready to embrace the good kind of slow. After a relaxed morning, we’ll head out to a charming organic farm just outside Naoussa—your new favorite lunch date. Rather than a typical “tour,” we’ll hear the story of the farm straight from the owners themselves. You’ll wander through sun-kissed Mediterranean crops like grapes, olives, and capers, learning what makes this island’s soil so soul-nourishing.

Then we’ll kick back on the farm’s breezy balcony, taking in sweeping views of the Aegean and the whitewashed village below. Picture this: a light breeze, a lovingly prepared spread of local olives, cherry tomatoes, creamy cheeses, and olive oil so smooth it practically winks at you. It’s laid-back, delicious, and deeply local—connecting you to the land, and the people who tend it.

day 5

Villages + Views

wednesday, may 13, 2026

Hop islands one last time—this time to Naxos, the largest (and arguably most underrated) island in the Cyclades. After a ferry ride across that deep blue Aegean, we’ll check into our next hotel and head out to explore the villages of Naxos—each one quirkier and more charming than the last.

Expect pottery in Damalas, citron liqueur in Halki, and local life in Apeiranthos. This isn’t just sightseeing—it’s a sensory dive into the rhythms and flavors that make Naxos unforgettable.

Tonight, we’ll toast to it all with dinner at a cliffside spot where the sunset is the main event and conversation is easy.

stay: Kouros Art Hotel (or similar)

Catamaran cruise in the Aeggean Sea

day 6

thursday, may 14, 2026

Catamarans + Coastlines

Today we trade trails for turquoise as we set sail on a private catamaran cruise from the port of Naxos. Our first stop? A secluded beach on the southern edge of Paros, perfect for a refreshing swim.

From there, we’ll drift past the stunning Blue Lagoon—where emerald waters meet golden sands—while the crew preps a traditional Greek lunch that tastes even better with salty hair and sea views. With one more chance to dive in before heading back, this is your chance to soak up the Cyclades from a new perspective: wind in your hair, sun on your face, and zero regrets.

stay: Kouros Art Hotel (or similar)

day 7

Sunrise Yoga on a golden beach

Stretch into your final full day with a sunrise beach yoga session—saluting the sun, the sea, and maybe even a few new dreams sparked this week. Then the rest of the day is yours.

Gather your new travel crew and head off to explore however your heart (and sandals) lead you. You might wander the winding alleys of Naxos Town and climb up to the medieval Venetian Castle, or cool off at one of the island’s stunning beaches like Agia Anna or Alyko. Prefer something slower? Grab a freddo espresso and soak it all in with your toes in the sand and a smile you can’t quite shake.

Tonight, we’ll come back together for a special farewell dinner to toast to the memories made—and the women who made them unforgettable.

post-trip

All good things must pause (until the next adventure). After breakfast transfers will be arranged to the Naxos airport or port, depending on where you’re headed next.

Whether you're heading straight home or lingering a little longer with your own plans or on our optional Santorini extension (more details coming soon!), we hope you leave feeling a little braver, a little lighter, and a whole lot more connected.

But don’t worry—this isn’t goodbye. We’ll be reuniting virtually in one month for our post-trip Collective Compass circle. It’s a chance to reflect, reconnect, and keep the momentum going—because sometimes the real transformation happens after the bags are unpacked.

Safe travels—see you soon.

Departure Day (but the journey continues)

saturday may 16, 2026

day 8

Zoom virtual call with friends

We’ll meet again for three post-trip Collective Connection calls designed to help you reflect, reconnect, and stay inspired long after you’ve returned home.

One month after the journey, we’ll come together to share what’s shifted—what’s been stirred, what’s sticking, and what’s surprising. At the six-month mark, we’ll revisit the intentions and goals you set before the trip, checking in on how those seeds are growing. And one year later, we’ll gather one final time to celebrate the impact this experience has had on your life and the next chapter it helped shape.

Because these friendships don’t fade—they deepen.

You’ll leave with more than memories.
You’ll leave with a Collective.

Meet your trip host

 Lindsay

Hey there! I’m Lindsay, your trip designer, adventure buddy, and go-to person for all things travel magic.

I’ve spent years guiding, planning, and curating incredible travel experiences, and I’ve personally crafted this trip with amazing local partners. This isn’t just another itinerary—it’s a handpicked collection of my dream experiences, and I cannot wait to share them with you!

A few things you should know about me:

  • I take my coffee very seriously. If you need espresso recommendations, I’m your girl.

  • I have a dog named Leo, who is probably having FOMO while I’m on this trip with you.

  • I’ve traveled to 58 countries (and counting!) and deeply believe in the power of travel to create connection.

  • I believe the best moments happen when you step outside your comfort zone—whether that’s trying a new food, striking up a conversation with a local, or saying yes to an unexpected adventure.

Let’s do this. Let’s make some ridiculous memories together.

Person wearing a textured dark gray coat and green sweater, smiling with hands in pockets.
  • Our groups are made up of bold, curious women—solo travelers, besties, and even mother-daughter duos—who thrive on deep conversations, belly laughs, and epic experiences. Most of our travelers are in their 40s and 50s, but if you vibe with our adventurous spirit, you’ll fit right in, no matter your age!

While our trips aren’t extreme endurance challenges (no scaling Everest required!), we do ask that you’re comfortable walking for long periods unassisted—because the best views, hidden gems, and local delights usually require a little legwork. If that sounds like your kind of adventure, then welcome to the Collective—you’ve found your people!

  • Solo travelers, rejoice! Most of our adventurers come solo, so you’ll never feel like the odd one out.

From the moment you sign up, we help you connect with your fellow travelers through our online trip forum, virtual “Trip Talks,” and pre-trip meetups.

By the time you arrive, it’ll feel like you’re reuniting with old friends—except these friends are just as adventurous as you.

  • A lot! We take care of the logistics so you can focus on the adventure. Your trip includes boutique stays, immersive experiences, expert local guides, most meals, and all the unforgettable moments in between.

Basically, we handle the hard stuff—you show up, soak it all in, and make memories for life. Some extras (like flights and cocktails) aren’t included.

Check out each adventure’s page for the full breakdown.

  • We get it—plans change. That’s why our cancellation policy varies by trip, with one golden rule: the earlier you let us know, the better!

You'll find the exact payment and cancellation terms on each trip’s page, so you’ll always know what to expect. No hidden fees, no fine print surprises—because unexpected detours are fun on adventures, but not when it comes to refunds.

For extra peace of mind, we also offer travel insurance to help protect your trip investment. Because while we’re all about embracing the unknown, some things (like cancellations) are better covered.

  • At Adventure Collective, connection is kind of our thing—so on each trip, you'll be thoughtfully matched with a roommate who’s here for the same reasons you are: soulful adventure, new friendships, and maybe a little magic.

Prefer your own space to recharge, journal, or sprawl like a starfish? We've got you. A handful of private rooms are available for each departure. Just let us know when you sign up and we’ll share the solo upgrade pricing.

  • If you can handle a solid day of exploring, occasional hikes, and maybe some spontaneous dance parties, you’ll be just fine on most adventures.

Each trip has a different activity level, and we always include the details up front. Some days might involve hiking, biking, or kayaking, but there’s always time to slow down, soak it in, and enjoy a sunset cocktail.

If you’re unsure, just ask—we’ll help you pick the right adventure!
